Crosswinds Aviation now has the perfect solution for two people who want to fly somewhere and bike from the destination airport. We now have two Dahon collapsible bikes for rent that you can take in the back of our four seat aircraft. This works best in our DA40 with the back seats folded down. If you’re planning a 1 or 2 day trip to one of the many scenic destinations in Michigan this summer, this is a great way to get around once you arrive. We are charging $50/bike per trip. This is less than most bicycle rental single day rates, and far more convenient as you can bike right from the plane. Each bike includes a luggage rack, lock, tire pump, and helmet.
